Pratapgarh Lok Sabha constituency (Hindi: प्रतापगढ़ लोकसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र) is one of the 80 Lok Sabha parliamentary constituencies in Uttar Pradesh.

Presently, Pratapgarh Lok Sabha constituency comprises seven Vidhan Sabha (legislative assembly) segments. These are:

  1. Kunda
  2. Raniganj
  3. Rampur Khas
  4. Babaganj
  5. Vishwanathganj
