The Public Relations Global Network (PRGN) is globally one of the 4 biggest PR networks of independent agencies.[1] PRGN is made up of almost 50 partnering agencies operating in more than 80 markets around the world and provides public relations services to more than 1,000 clients. The network started in 1992 in Phoenix, Arizona (United States)[2] and is registered in Delaware since 2003.[3]


  • 1992 Established as „The Phoenix Network“ (only US members) in Phoenix, Arizona
  • 2001/2 The first European members from France, Germany and the UK join
  • 2002 New name „Public Relations Global Network“ (PRGN)
  • 2004 Australian agency becomes member
  • 2005 Agency from Mexico joins
  • 2006 Sweden comes on board with its Scandinavian affiliates
  • 2007 Africa (South Africa) and South America (Brazil) on board
  • 2008 The first Asian partner (from Singapore) becomes member
  • 2017 50 members on all 6 continents[4]


The Public Relations Global Network is based on independent owner-run member firms and has no headquarters. Every year the network elects a new president. Currently Christina Rytter from Scandinavian Communications, Copenhagen, Denmark, is leading PRGN.[5]
