The Redhook Ale Brewery, headquartered in Seattle, Washington, is a brewer of craft beers, with operations in Woodinville, Washington (47°44′0.78″N 122°8′54.24″W / 47.7335500°N 122.1484000°W) and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. It was founded in Seattle in 1981, by Paul Shipman and Gordon Bowker and is owned by Craft Brew Alliance.
Beers
Redhook currently produces several styles of beer, marketed under distinct brand names. Redhook's flagship brand is Redhook ESB (5.8% ABV). Redhook also brews Long Hammer IPA (6.2% ABV), Pilsner (5.3% ABV), Copper Hook (5.8% ABV), and its seasonal offerings.
Redhook distributes its products through a network of wholesale distributors, Craft Brew Alliance Inc, and a distribution agreement with Anheuser-Busch InBev, Incorporated (which owns 32% of the stock in Craft Brew Alliance[2]). Redhook distributed its products in 48 states, as of March 31, 2008.
