Regional College of Management (RCM), Bhubaneswar is the oldest and the first management institute in the state of Orissa established in the year 1982. The institute has been adjudged consistently[who?] as one of the top four B-Schools in Eastern India. It is rated among top 11 B-schools in the country with an A+ grade given by AIMA Business India Survey of best B-Schools.[citation needed]
