Revanasiddeshwara betta

Revanasiddeshwara Betta (Revanasiddeshwara Hill) is a Shiva temple in India. It is situated 3,066 feet (935 m) above sea level, located 15 km from Ramanagara_district Ramanagara district.

This place is commonly called as SRS Betta ( SRS Hills ) by the locals.

There are 3 temples on the site – at the top is Revanasiddeshwara betta, midway is Bheemeshwari (named after the pandava Bheema) and at the base is Renukamba temple.

The site is 60 kilometres (37 mi) from Bangalore.


According to Indian mythology, Lord Revanasiddeshwara came to this location.
