Rick Kozak (born August 19, 1985) is a Canadian retired professional ice hockey player. He was selected by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 6th round (95th overall) of the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.

Kozak, who had been leading his Hull Stingrays in scoring, was suspended from the Elite Ice Hockey League for 10 games as a result of a fight during the September 7, 2008 game against the Nottingham Panthers. Kozak now plays for the Fisher River Terriers of the MEHL in Manitoba.[1][2]
