Rosslynn Taylor (born September 7, 1969), also known as Rosslynn Taylor-Jordan, is an American actress, voice-over artist, and casting director. She is known for her starring role on Nickelodeon's ChalkZone, as the voice of the spunky Queen Rapsheeba. Taylor has also co-starred on cartoons such as Static Shock, Rocket Power, Chalkzone and The Wild Thornberrys, and she was the voice of Cleopatra in the video game Bruce Lee: Quest of the Dragon. She has made live appearances on shows such as Malcolm & Eddie, The Parent 'Hood, and The Hughleys.

She does casting work for shows such as Survivor, Dog Eat Dog, Outback Jack, and Who Wants to Marry My Dad?.

Taylor herself appeared in an episode of Celebrity Fit Club.
