A rotation group is a group of orientation-preserving orthogonal transformations of a Euclidean vector space, which have a common fixed point.
Rotation group may also refer to:
- Special orthogonal group, the group of orientation-preserving isometries in some Euclidean vector space
- A finite cyclic group, acting as the symmetry group of a regular polygon under rotation
- Point groups in three dimensions, finite subgroups of SO(3)
