Ruli (Ruuli) is the Bantu language spoken by the Ruli and Nyara people (Baruli and Banyara) of Uganda primarily in Nakasongola and Kayunga districts. It is closely related to Ganda, and especially close to Gwere.
Note: The Guthrie classification is geographic and its groupings do not imply a relationship between the languages within them.
