Saath Nibhaana Saathiya is an Indian television drama broadcast worldwide on Star Plus.

Although set in Rajkot, Gujarat, the serial is filmed in Mumbai, Maharashtra.[2]

Saath Nibhaana Saathiya has spawned several different language variants including Pudhcha Paul (Marathi), Deivam Thandha Veedu (Tamil), Chandanamazha (Malayalam), Kodala Kodala Koduku Pellamaa (Telegu) and Bodhuboron (Bengali).

The storyline took a leap of eight years in March 2014 and a further leap of a decade in March 2015.[3]
