The Saudi Second Division is a football league, the third tier of the Saudi Arabian football league system. The league consists of 20 teams.

Promotion and relegation[edit]

The winner, runner-up and third place are promoted to the First Division League. The bottom two clubs of each group are relegated to the Third Division League.
