Sawyers, California

Sawyers is a former settlement in Mendocino County, California.^[1] It was located 2.5 miles (4 km) west of Hearst.^[1]

A post office operated at Sawyers from 1898 to 1903.^[1] The name honored Marvin L. Sawyer, its first postmaster.^[1]
