Scott Langdon (born May 12, 1985) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman. He is currently a free agent.

Playing career[edit]

Prior to turning professional, Langdon attended the Niagara University where he played four seasons of college hockey with the NCAA Division I Niagara Purple Eagles men's ice hockey team. Langdon made his professional debut playing two seasons in the ECHL with the Reading Royals, before signing a one-year deal with the Newcastle Vipers of the EIHL.[1]

After only 21 games with the Vipers, Langdon left to return to North America with a contract offer from the Allen Americans of the Central Hockey League (CHL) on November 25, 2010.[2] Langdon spent the next two seasons with the Americans but was also loaned sporadically to the Lake Erie Monsters of the American Hockey League.

On August 21, 2012, Langdon agreed to a one-year contract with the newly established San Francisco Bulls of the ECHL.[3]

On January 27, 2014 the San Francisco Bulls announced they were ceasing operations effective immediately, leaving Langdon and all players on an ECHL contract with San Francisco as free agents.[4]
