Additionally, the UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Legal Continuity) (Scotland) Bill was passed by the Scottish Parliament on 21 March 2018 but has not yet (as of July 2018) received Royal Assent (and so has not yet become an Act) as the result of a challenge in the Supreme Court.
