Seawoods–Darave of Nerul also known simply as Seawoods, is a railway station on the Harbour line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway in the Nerul node. The railway station derives its name from the famous Seawoods NRI complex developed by CIDCO especially for high income and economically well to do groups. The station is located in the Darave village few kilometers away from Seawoods NRI complex.

It's being developed as Seawoods Grand Central by Larsen & Toubro Ltd.[1] The Seawoods Grand Central complex is set to have large office spaces, malls and an entertainment area which is likely to transform the image of the city. [2]

Seawoods is located in the south west part of Nerul, near Parsik Hill. A railway flyover bridge constructed near Seawoods station connects Seawoods East and West end. Completed on October 2011 and connects people from both the ends. Nearby sectors are sector 40, 48A, 44, 44A, 42A, 48, 46, 50 on the west and sector 19A, 25, 27 on the east.
