Education: Kyiv Frunze Higher All-Army College, army intelligence (1993); Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, MA in Finance (2004)

1993-1995 — officer, anti-corruption department, Security Service of Ukraine,

1995-2001 – top-manager, partner - Ukrainian energy trade, heavy machinery, military industry companies

2002 – Member of Parliament, independent.[1]

2004- Official representative of Viktor Yushchenko in Volyn oblast, participant of Orange revolution.

2005-2010 — Director General, State company for export and import of military and special products and services “Ukrspetsexport”. Russia accused him of illegal weapon trafficking to Georgia before the Russian-Georgian war in 2008 and declared persona non grata in Russia.

2010 – businessman, President of the “New traditions” charitable foundation

2010-2013 – member of the ruling bodies of Nasha Ukraina (Our Ukraine; Victor Yushchenko's party).[2] Initiator of the dissemination of the party in 2013.

2013 – Coordinator of Working group, National Round Table “Agreement for the European Future”.

Married, has a daughter and a son.
