Setzu is a comune (municipality) in the Province of South Sardinia in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) northwest of Cagliari and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) north of Sanluri. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 160 and an area of 7.8 square kilometres (3.0 sq mi).[2]

Setzu borders the following municipalities: Genoni, Genuri, Gesturi, Tuili, Turri.
