Seyan

Seyan (also spelt Sian) Urdu (سیان) is a Punjabi Jat people and also a surname of the Khatri/Rajput (Ramgarhia) group. Mainly found in the Gujranwala and Faisalabad divisions of Pakistan and Amritsar and Ludhiana of Indian Punjab. Ancestors of this Jat clan are Maharaja Jora Singh Sian and his brother Chaura Singh Sian. Jora Singh was the ruler of Mithankot.
