Shawcor Ltd is a global energy services company specializing in technology based products and services for the pipeline and pipe services and the petrochemical and industrial markets. Shawcor operates through seven wholly owned business units: Bredero Shaw, Flexpipe Systems, Shaw Pipeline Services, Canusa CPS, Guardian, DSG-Canusa and ShawFlex.[1] Manufacturing, service facilities and sales offices, staffed by more than 5,000 employees, are located in over 20 countries around the world.

The Bredero Shaw division, which is the largest division in Shawcor, was formerly part of Halliburton, an international oilfield services conglomerate. At that time, it was named Bredero Price.
