Shimozuma Chūkō (下間仲孝) (1551-1616) was a monk of the Hongan-ji.
The comings and goings of the temple was administrated by Chūkō. At the same time in which Honganji Kennyo fought against Oda Nobunaga, he was to lead the defenses in the siege of Ishiyama Honganji.
