The Singapore Mediation Convention, formally the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation which was adopted on 20 December 2018 and opened for signature on 7 August 2019[2], is an international agreement regarding the recognition of mediated settlements. Following the UN General Assembly adopting it on 18 December 2018, the Convention was opened for signature by all States as of 7 August 2019, when it was signed by 46 states.[1]
