American Outdoor Brands Corporation is an American firearms, outdoor sports and recreation products manufacturer holding company which holded direct or indirect participation in 18 brands, principally firearms manufacturer Smith & Wesson.[1]

The decision to rebrand from Smith & Wesson Holding Corporation to American Outdoor Brands Corporation was made in 2016, and took effect January 3, 2017.[2]
