South-Eastern Sydney is a term which is used to describe the metropolitan area directly to the south and east of the Sydney central business district in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

The area stretches from the inner city to the foreshores of Botany Bay. It includes suburbs within the local government areas of City of Sydney, Bayside Council and Randwick and falls approximately within the Federal Division of Kingsford Smith.[1] Politically at both state and federal levels South-Eastern Sydney (despite the areas relative affluence) is a stronghold for the Australian Labor Party.
