Soviet War Memorials may refer to a number of different memorials in different countries. Some of the memorials have been relocated (Tallinn) or removed (Warsaw), some changed their meaning (Liberty Statue in Budapest).

Stalin is still quoted in stone in German and Russian at least in Treptow [3] and Vienna. [4] Such inscriptions have been generally removed in Soviet Union and Soviet block countries.
