Spokane College of English Language (known as SCEL) is an English language college in Spokane, Washington, United States. The college is located in downtown Spokane, WA.

  • Intensive English: Intensive English Program is designed to improve overall competency in English. This program is intended to prepare students for college academic or technology courses, university pathways, career advancement, or for personal interest.

  • Minimum Age to Attend General English Course: 16 years old.
  • Course Start: Any Monday (If National Holiday on Monday, Tuesdays).
  • Minimum Duration for General English Course: 4 weeks.
  • Number of students per class: MIN(8); MAX(15); AVE(13).
