Stanisław Jan Konturek (born 8 October 1931 in Zakliczyn) is a Polish physiologist and gastroenterologist, a member of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Polish Academy of Learning, retired professor of Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum.
