TV Patrol Pampanga is a local news program broadcast of the ABS-CBN Regional Network Group in San Fernando, Pampanga. The newscast is a tabloid-style format. The program delivers news headlines in Kapampangan about the current events in Pampanga and Bataan. It is aired live daily from ABS-CBN Channel 46 Newscenter at 5:00 PM, from Monday to Friday, simulcast over TV-42 Balanga.

As of September 12, 2017 TV Patrol Pampanga updated its logo, opening billboard and graphics while its lower thirds are changed to Gotham font to match the national TV Patrol. This is the seventeenth regional TV Patrol to update its graphics, similar to the national newscast.
