Bobby Hackett, the jazz musician, is not to be confused with Buddy Hackett, a comedian.
"He couldn't say anything bad about anyone"
Bobby Hackett was such a "nice man" that he found it virtually impossible to say anything bad - about anyone at all. There is a story that, on one occasion, he was asked his opinion about Adolf Hitler.
- "He was the best in his field."
came the reply.

I just have to ask: Why are people edit-warring regarding information that they do not seem to want to cite? The only way we can solve the multiple issues on this page is to add citations. U21980 (talk) 17:53, 12 July 2011 (UTC)
- Yes. If the article is going to feature information about a great-grandson of the subject, then it has to be on the basis that there is a source that says this is a significant fact - and indeed that it is significant to the subject of the article rather than the great-grandson.
