I think maybe it would be a good idea to describe who or why you would have these computer skills. For example: Basic Computer Skills

:These computer skills are essential to using a modern computer. Intermediate Computer Skills :Most people who have used a computer before have these skills. Programmers often call these people "Average Joes." Advanced Computer Skills

More and more people gain these skills every day because of the expanding ubiquity of modern computers.
