I have been trying to make changes to this page. As I was a founding member of this band, it appears that I may have a vested interest. If I do it's only in the truth.

The errors I am trying to correct are as follows. 1. The date we formed is not correct. The data found the reference to Ian McFarlane is incorrect. I have the manager's booking diary to prove this. 2. This date permeates down to five other errors. 3. There is one other error in this page. 4. There is one omission in this page. 5. There is one typo in this page.

I would just like too fix these errors and I am going to go ahead and do it now. If they are not retained this time then I give up. Let teh errors in other people's work be continued.

Also note that I am the author of a book, cited in the reference section that contains two significant chapters about the band. If the contributor had read my book rather than McFarlane the data may have been accurate.

It looks like the requested edits, which can be found in edit history as originally performed by the requester and reverted, have reached sufficient consensus and appear in the current version. I would WP:AGF about the corrections relying properly on the Hood book in Further Reading and demonstrating unreliability on this point in McFarlane.
