Unofficial second level domains[edit]

I had to remove the second level domains .ac.pn, .eu.pn. .in.pn, and .me.pn from the list.

As mentioned in the page, .eu.pn and .me.pn subdomains were offered as part of a free hosting product.

A site: search for .ac.pn returns only two non-academic results. I browsed through the Web Archive of the registry website, and couldn't find any references to it since its delegation to the government of Pitcairn Islands anyway.

.in.pn is an interesting one, because the registry homepage lists it in a number of domains above a form input:

> "Protect your Corporate Name and Trade Mark by registering your domain name NOW!. You can register in.pn, .co.pn, .org.pn and .net.pn"

But I couldn't find any other mentions of it in the Web Archive. Besides, it looks like it is owned by a marketing company. Based on a site: search for it, we can safely say that it acts as an SEO link farm. Hocu (talk) 13:17, 15 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
