Uodated UK Band Plan URL in external links section[edit]

Judging from the original, outdated link was to a year 2009 page in the url, and I found the new page to be 2010, it might be an idea to post a link to this page, titled "Band Plans | Radio Society of Great Britain" instead, or in addition.  This page contains a link to the HTML version (to which we are linked) or a spreadsheet version. Dead link[edit]

During several automated bot runs the following external link was found to be unavailable. Please check if the link is in fact down and fix or remove it in that case!
