Non Partisan Election

[edit]

I’ve removed the map with partisan data because the election is non partisan. See color scheme for past elections under non partisan top two. Voters don’t see the political party of the candidates when they vote so it’s not appropriate to show on the map. 108.77.140.70 (talk) 15:32, 5 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Partisan colors should not be used for this election as no parties appear on the ballot. Also the polling section doesn't use partisan colors either. Map colors should follow similar non partisan elections like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1975_Boston_mayoral_election or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2021_St._Louis_mayoral_electionAllSportsfan16 (talk) 22:21, 5 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This is reasonable but the map you've removed isn't the only one that displays red vs. blue, and the key is confusing in several ways (it incorrectly shows that Christensen in green, and also it doesn't explain what the lightest blue shades are). 100.36.106.199 (talk) 15:16, 7 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks Kart2401real and AveryTheComrade for fixing things. 100.36.106.199 (talk) 13:11, 8 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
