Untitled[edit]

"The number also has relevance to the release dates of the album and debut single. "Te Amo Corazon" was released December 13, 2005 (or 12/13, which backwards is 3121). The album itself is being released on March 21, 2006 (or 3/21, which is 3121 without the first 1). The second single from 3121 ("Black Sweat") runs for 3:12 minutes (which is 3121 without the last digit)."

Where did this come from? Each statement seems more ridiculous than the previous (3121 without the last digit????)

AH. SO WHAT DO I SEE? Someone else completely irritated by this bullsh**. Me too, bud! Reminds me of those silly number-guessing-games played on date of NY terrorist attacks: ("Use Windows Symbol font and assign ..."). Oh well. We do not need this in WP, do we? -andy 80.129.105.81 14:28, 17 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Is the portion about the "purple ticket" a joke?

Where did the album debut #1 on the charts? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.34.83.114 (talk) 12:08, 21 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

3121 (album)3121 – Place here your rationale for the proposed page name change, ideally referring to applicable naming convention policies and guidelines, and providing evidence in support where appropriate. If your reasoning includes search engine results, please present Google Books or Google News Archive results before providing other web results. Do not sign this. Antoine Indiana (talk) 15:18, 5 July 2016 (UTC) It redirects here already. There is no chance that "3121" will mean anything outside of the album on Wikipedia.[reply]

  • Support The only possible alternative meaning is the year, but that's way too far in the future. Timmyshin (talk) 15:38, 5 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. Looks like the primary topic based on page view data, even when you take into account the massive surge of interest following Prince's death earlier this year. Other possible meanings include 3121 (number), the year 3121 BC and minor planet 3121 Tamines, but these are all redirects that recieve minimal views. PC78 (talk) 15:32, 6 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Ridiculous – A number as title for an article on an album fails WP:CRITERIA recognizability, precision, consistency, and perhaps more. Dicklyon (talk) 21:21, 10 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per Timmyshin/PC78. Nohomersryan (talk) 05:26, 11 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
