Fair use rationale for Image:50thAnnivConcert alt ToshikoAkiyoshi.jpg[edit]

Image:50thAnnivConcert alt ToshikoAkiyoshi.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use... Unverified alternate release cover / contents[edit]

I have removed the alternate album cover (that I originally uploaded) from the article / infobox as I cannot verify that this version of the album is a 'legitimate' release / cover from t-toc records. I suspect it may be a 'bootleg' CD or some other unofficial release of the same or similar recorded material. The only reference I have found so far to this alternate release / cover art is a single Japanese blog. If anyone can verify this alternate cover artwork is from a legitimate release, please restore it to the article infobox as an "alternate cover". Otherwise, it should remain deleted.
