Merger proposal[edit]

I propose that AEAD block cipher modes of operation be merged into Authenticated_encryption. Both articles seem to refer to the same, with the only exception being that the acronym AEAD is not mentioned in Authenticated_encryption, and possibly some historical facts. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:4ca0:2001:11:e4fa:75:c31f:6d2 (talk)
