On the notability of this article[edit]

Wikipedia:Companies, corporations and economic information/Notability and inclusion guidelines reads: "Non-commercial organizations are usually notable if the scope of activities are national or international(1) in scale and information can be verified by sources that are reliable and independent of the organization.(2)"

IRNA and NHK are both the largest national news agencies of Iran and Japan, respectively. They have reported on the International conference held by ASIJ, and two most recent reports are referred to in the article (ASIJ in the Media). Does this not satisfy the criteria above?

And on Wikipedia:Verifiability it reads: "Where editors use their own English translation of a non-English source as a quote in an article, there should be clear citation of the foreign-language original, so that readers can check what the original source said and the accuracy of the translation." This was corrected in the article.
