some changes[edit]

I made a few changes. One major problem here is that the wording and style is too close to what is done in Spanish. Please look at articles about other Mexican presidents to get a sense of how you should organize and word this article.Thelmadatter (talk) 00:38, 26 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I added the lead paragraph back in. All Wikipedia articles must have a short introductory sentence that summarizes the article's subject. I also added the construction template.
