Gore's Gun Problem[edit]

The article mentions one Gore position opposing gun control, but not the tie-breaking vote he cast in favor of more gun control, in the wake of Columbine, as Vice President and therefore President of the Senate. As a result, the NRA supported George W. Bush for President, and many gun-owning Democrats voted for Bush. http://www.cnn.com/ALLPOLITICS/time/2000/02/07/gun.html http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/government-elections-politics/gunned-down/transcript-73/50.0.36.90 (talk) 04:05, 6 June 2015 (UTC)

Criticism of Bush[edit]

I'm all for us Democrats using Wikipedia as a bully pulpit but a whole section about his criticism on the next President sets a bad precedence for inclusion into all Wikipedia entries. Dick Cheney has a more moderate titled Views on President Obama. I'm re-thinking my beloved democrats abuses on Wikipedia. Do we really care what the vanquished thought in the annals of time? --Ombase (talk) 15:18, 17 June 2015 (UTC)

inventing the internet[edit]

in 1988 i visited the library of congress office technology advisor's office and delivered a talk on a new technology i devised the year before. I called it "hypertext". Yes it was me. I ecplaoned to united states officials how the "net" required a standard for information exchange. That standard needed text pictures and somthing i called links, clickable text, which would activate a document reader, or word processor to load a page from "the net" as it was called then. I called this croud sourced information economy the "world wide web". And i explained in the same meeting that it was necessary for the natio to construct a "search engine" that would be a portal to the new " web". One of the attendees asked if it would "be link the net".. I told her it would ne called the world wide web or simply "the internet". I explained that we would not use email any more but instead use my new "hyoermail" email with links and pictures. That this was a vital service that needed to be controlled because "people would want to be on it". The internet is now our marlet place. The internet is not IN america, it IS america. These are the streets where we commune and do business.

Now we all had a kind of weird laugh when they tried to pin this on Mr Gore during the election. But my question is weather he is aware of my having invented it. --or weather Congress was simply out of the loop?

The congress has rightly identifyied common carrier laws as vital aspect of fair service on the net. And they have made some inrodes in preventing ' agregious' copyright infrigement..

But i have also invented the modern vapoizer. I didnt just invent the internet. I cured 27% of all cancer. (smoking is 30 % of cancer and my portable volitizer is 90% less toxic. We know this from live tissue studies of volitized and non volitized smoke.)

So why is it that i am missing on Google. (search VAPORIZER) and they only show me in one zip code and NOT EVEN A NORMAL LINK. The title is missing.. It cannot be clicked on.

Why is my web page and aPAYPAL ACCOUNT being hacked. I am A U.S. Patent holder.

What does Gore know? Because i dont think people are homest anymore. I know they cheat me. Even my ISP is jamming my emails.

The internet is controlled by an AXIS of major sites. Google facebook wikipedia twitter yahoo bing.. ALL OF THEM HAVE ATTACKED MY ADVERTIZING.

Americ is not the country you think it is. When are the propagandists who setup Gore as the inventor going to stop attacking America?

tjis is more imporrtant than just me. Yes they have stolen millions from me. Pirated me. And denied fair press and treatment. They have violated our nations laws by jamming my company for years.

What does Gore know. and when is he going to discover the real america and help save this countrie's dignity.
