Clean up[edit]

This article needs cleaning up per BLP. The controversy section needs to be rock solidly sourced and anything that is speculative or original research-like needs to go asap. The lead section is promotional in nature as well presumably as it was ocntributed to by the subject or someone close to him. Unverified information and claims need to be trimmed also from there. I have a have trimmed the most unsubstantiated and inappropriate claims. We do not discuss what people on the internet are talking about without a reliable source covering it. Cites are also needed for all the claims that I have tagged, and the article needs more refs per the maintenance tags I added. Mfield (talk) 03:29, 12 March 2009 (UTC)
I have trimmed out scythed the remainder of the controversy section. Sourcing to various blogs and opinion pieces is nowhere near the standard of sourcing required for a WP:BLP. Kevin (talk) 07:15, 29 September 2009 (UTC)
