Alcester was rated Start-class because it accommodates a History section and Education section, and although they may be stubby, it's definitely more than your average barebones article.

What this article needs:

Using inline citations to show where information in the History and Education sections certainly could help.

The History and Education sections could be expanded a bunch...Don't forget to cite it!

New sections on Government, Culture & Media, and Parks & Recreation (plus maybe Sports) could be added. I cannot stress how important citations are.

I rated this a Low-importance article because of its small population and relative anonymity on an international scale.
