Removal of micheal phelps insults[edit]

Old Pictures[edit]

Could someone find some of those 1996 pictures of her with her teddy? I was looking for them but it's more or less impossible. Any combination of Amanda Beard and 96, teddy bear, or whatever just ends up with pages that go "And Amanda Beard did whatever and here she is naked." ARGH.

NY Times feature in August 2010[edit]

The comeback is unfolding in August 2010. She swam to 2nd place in August 2010 USA Swimming Nationals. Personal Life Plus Autobiography[edit]

I noticed that the "Personal Life" section was fairly small so I flushed it out a bit with an extra sentence and an additional, smaller section on Beard's struggles with body image. I also included the "Autobiography" section as she has recently come out with a memoir detailing her struggles with self-mutilation, depression and drug usage.
