It seems to me that the article was created by the Institute's Communication Manager's  verbatim submission of their About Us page . Other contributors' efforts to spiff it up with hotlinks, etc. are of course positive contributions. However the article obviously needs editing into encyclopedic form, both grammar and point of view. AHMartin (talk) 14:00, 21 April 2010 (UTC)
