The article looks more like a pitch talk for gas than an encyclopedia entry for the American Gas Association. Tag about notability
Just my opinion here: I think common sense dictates that a major U.S. trade association--representing 200 local energy companies that deliver natural gas--would be notable enough to appear in an encyclopedia.
