If the A9X is a System on a Chip, how much RAM does it incorporate? --217.226.80.120 (talk) 11:15, 12 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

No RAM. There not many SoCs that incorporate RAM on chip. Many does in package, but A9X doesn't do that either. This is not a requirement of any definition of SoC that I've seen, and System on a chip supports this.. -- Henriok (talk) 14:44, 12 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
