Arif el Arif is at least as common as the here-chosen Aref al-Aref, with all the other permutations also being very common: Arif el-Arif, Aref el Aref, Aref el-Aref. I have created redirects, but it should also be visible to the user, right away from the lead. I have therefore added "Arif el Arif" to the lead a) vas being ery common, and b) as the most remote variant from Aref al-Aref, leaving it to the user to figure out that all others in between are also valid.
