Modification proposal[edit]

Hello, I am a member of the producers that made the film, I have declared my connection on my page. Could an editor analyze the possibility of including the following changes to the article?

Include in the release that in 2018 Arise from Darkness was released to Redbox through Lionsgate Films: https://www.redbox.com/ondemand-movies/arise-from-darkness

Hi Spintendo, thank you for the modifications. I noticed you deleted one of the differential characteristics of the film, which is the use of real paranormal voices. I believe the references gave strong particulars of the EVP recorded by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Detroit because it is the most important feature of the movie. I was hoping you could please restore that portion. Thank you.-- Michael.j.schwartz (talk) 09:01, 7 November 2018 (UTC)

There was a partial deletion to one of the differential characteristics of the film, which is the use of real paranormal voices. I believe the references gave strong particulars of the EVP recorded by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Detroit because it is the most important feature of the movie. I was hoping that the descriptive portion can be restored. Thanks!.-- Michael.j.schwartz (talk) 23:31, 15 November 2018 (UTC)

It goes without saying that the article cannot make the claim in Wikipedia's voice that the film used "real paranormal voices" in its production. This claim is used to market the film, and it is not Wikipedia's purpose to assist in those matters. The sentence may be re-worded to definatively state that it is the film itself who is making these claims. When ready to proceed with your proposal, please alter the {{request edit}} template's answer parameter to read from |ans=yes to |ans=no.

Hello @Spintendo:, I understand. Then the phrase could be: "The film claims to be the first to use electronic voices of phenomena (EVP) that were recorded by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Detroit where the psychic Lazaro Ruben Torres assisted priests in paranormal investigations and exorcisms." Can it be included in that way? Thank you.-- Michael.j.schwartz (talk) 23:51, 18 November 2018 (UTC)
