Suggested updates to this page[edit]

I recently made major modifications and updates to this page, which were then reverted as "plugging (my) art exhibition".

I explained to Redrose64 that I have no connection to Art on the Underground, London Underground, TFL or any other transportation body. I am merely a curious individual with an interest in the topic - and a desire to improve the wikipedia articles thereof. They suggested that "the best thing to do is to raise a thread at the talk page". ' Ergo, My improvements included Pictures demonstrating artworks from Art on the Underground, Covers of the Tube Map commission, Correction of the Gloucester Road tube station commission, Temporary Art projects - such as Underline and the Central Line Series, Recent Permanent Art works commissioned - such as the Daniel Buren work at TCR and the Frank Pick memorial at Piccadilly Circus for example, Addition of a section on Labyrinth, the work for the Tube's 150th anniversary. (Please see my edit in the history for more information.)

I would be delighted to discuss these improvements and other issues. 86.13.122.76 (talk) 10:47, 16 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of Interest[edit]

Hi Lydiabriggs - I've reverted your edits because you have been previously noted to have a conflict of interest on this topic? If you do have conflict of interest, you do need to declare this, and information on how to do that is here. WP:DISCLOSE. More info can be found here WP:PLAINSIMPLECOI

Improving this article substantially is on my "to-do list". As the conflict of interest guide explains - "Post suggestions and sources on the article's talk page, or in your user space." - you could assist with that by replying to this message, for example. I have improved the article substantially! Turini2 (talk) 23:02, 22 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I think the next project is to build a page similar to Toronto subway public art or fr:Liste des œuvres d'art des transports ferroviaires en Île-de-France - encompassing all artworks on the Tube, not just those commissioned by AoTU. Turini2 (talk) 23:06, 22 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
