Copyedit[edit]

  • Asked for Expert because I worked only on language and organization of the article, and in the process may have unintentionally altered meaning.
  • Went through the Wikification article, made more changes, then removed the Wikify template.
  • This article has NO REFERENCES AT ALL. It contains statements about intention and causation that are strong enough to need removing if they can't be supported (or turned into attributable quotes). There is one unreferenced quote.

Current status of Accords[edit]

The RPF took power and implemented the Arusha Accords - so how do they shape Rwanda now? Have they been abrogated? Either way we need more detail about what the Arusha Accords exactly entailed. Ottawakismet (talk) 06:56, 10 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
