Changing title to ATR serine/threonine kinase[edit]

I would change the title of Ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3 related to ATR serine/threonine kinase as I could not find the wiki page when googling for "ATR protein". No-one would ever google "Ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3 related". It would be also consistent with the wiki page of the protein ATM serine/threonine kinase.
